40000

I've got to another milestone on Last FM, notching up my 40000th listen. That's about 44 days of music, roughly 0.3% of my life. I need to get a more interesting job I think!

The landmark song was The Kills - Fried My Little Brains from the Keep On Your Mean Side album.

It's been a funny year so far for music, I've listened to a lot but there hasn't been much worth shouting about out there. Too much copycat stuff. Too many songs like that Mika fella, crash and burn stuff. I'm currently listening to the Kings Of Convenience, so that's a nice way to start the road to 50000.
